Rather than praising ourselves here, I would like to shout out a few facts. Transparency is very important to us and we want to make sure you know what you are getting into.

1. We’re not cooks by profession
Our meals are cooked by a homemaker and the taste may vary as opposed to how food chains operate.

2. We do not believe in setting weight related goals
Weight loss or weight gain depends on individual lifestyle, metabolism and many more things. Promising weight loss or weight gain would be false. We can only assure that our meals provide a wide range of nutrients that will keep you healthy and active.

3. Feast once a week
We thank your taste buds once a week for allowing you to eat simple food for the rest of the week without busting you.

4. We value your feedback
We want to hear from you and learn from you. We will make changes to our lunch meals based on your combined feedback. Talk to us and help us serve you better.

We are not in the business of making money at the expense of your health. We believe in doing good and earning what we deserve, rather than promising you something we do not do. That is the very reason we send you the same meals that we eat ourselves every single day.
